Terms of Service

The rules for using SiteSlot, publishing your business website, managing bookings and choosing a paid plan.

1. The service, operator and acceptance

SiteSlot provides business website publishing and, on eligible plans, online booking software. It is operated by Codedrops Solutions DOO, Belgrade, Serbia, registration number 21572080, PIB 111925187. It is a software service, not a contract for a bespoke agency-built website. These terms apply to using SiteSlot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If acting for a business, you confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Owner accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, use only accounts and records you are authorized to access, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Tell us promptly at support@siteslot.app if you suspect unauthorized access. The Owner Portal requires authentication; customers using public booking do not need an owner or SiteSlot account. Never share private booking-management links publicly.

3. Preview, claim and publish

You can create and explore a website preview before paying. SiteSlot has no free trial and no permanent free plan. Claiming the website and activating a paid plan are required for an active paid website. The preview may contain starter text, sample business information or imagery that has not been verified as factual about your business. Review, correct and approve all content before publishing. You can update your site through the Owner Portal.

4. Business data and customer bookings

You control your services, prices, availability, staff profiles, public content and appointment rules. You are responsible for their accuracy, lawful use of personal data and the notices or permissions required for customer and staff information. Your business handles its relationship with customers, performance of services, appointment disputes and customer-facing obligations. SiteSlot supplies the software and does not provide your business's services.

Booking availability and automated messages depend on configured information and recorded actions. They do not guarantee that a physical service will be delivered or meet a customer's expectations. Your lawful appointment rules govern your customer relationship; these platform terms do not automatically create a separate service contract between SiteSlot and your booking customers.

5. Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant SiteSlot the permissions needed to host, store, process and display that content and send related service messages to operate the service for you. You must own or have permission to use uploaded photographs, logos, text and other media, and the right to provide personal data about others. SiteSlot's software, branding and platform materials remain ours or our licensors'; these terms do not transfer their ownership.

6. Plans and pricing

Site costs €15 per month or €150 per year. Site + Booking costs €30 per month or €300 per year. Assisted costs €50 per month only; there is no yearly Assisted offer. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year. A displayed monthly equivalent is a comparison, not a monthly installment. There is no free trial or permanent free plan. See Pricing.

Your active plan determines available features. Site includes a website at a slug.siteslot.page address; Site + Booking adds online booking. Assisted includes those features and assistance described below. Custom-domain setup is included in Assisted; domain purchase and renewal are separate costs paid by you. For purchases through Paddle, checkout shows the final amount, currency and applicable taxes before confirmation.

7. Assisted scope and fair use

Assisted provides help with initial website and booking configuration, content, images and branding, a simple logo if needed, and connection of your own domain. Reasonable ongoing human support is available while the plan is active. Fair use applies: the plan does not include unlimited change requests, full redesigns, complex branding projects or custom software development. It provides no 24/7 coverage, fixed response deadline or guaranteed delivery time.

After activation, your website and Owner Portal are available immediately. You may publish independently without waiting for assistance. Submit requests through the existing Assistance section in the Owner Portal; follow-up is by email. See Assisted for details.

8. Billing and subscription changes

For paid purchases through Paddle, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller, handling payments, taxes, invoices, refunds and subscription billing under Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Use the Paddle Customer Portal supplied with your purchase to manage payment methods, invoices and cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Your existing plan access, public site and booking remain available through the paid-through date; cancellation does not immediately remove paid access.

An upgrade modifies the existing subscription and takes effect immediately after the provider confirms the change and the appropriately prorated charge. The payable total is shown before confirmation. Downgrades are support-assisted: contact support@siteslot.app. They take effect at the end of the paid period, preserving previously paid higher-tier access and data until then, with no additional downgrade fee. Changes between monthly and annual billing also go through support and take effect at the next renewal. Assisted remains monthly-only.

Paddle handles payment recovery for failed renewals. The first payment failure does not by itself immediately disable your site. Access ends after final subscription termination; the retention period then starts. Recovery timing depends on Paddle's process and the subscription's status, with no fixed recovery duration promised.

9. Expiry, retention and restoration

When the subscription has finally ended and paid access expires, the public website and public booking deactivate. Eligible business, site and operational data are retained for 90 days from the end of paid access, not from the cancellation request or first payment failure. We send a warning before deletion. Reactivating within the window allows restoration before deletion. After that window, eligible product data are permanently deleted, subject to mandatory legal requirements and documented backup or technical retention.

Legally required payment and tax records, security records and backup copies may follow separate justified retention rules. Account closure or a lawful deletion request can have a separate process. See Privacy Policy and contact support@siteslot.app about your data.

10. Custom domains

You purchase, own and renew your domain separately through your registrar. Assisted includes help connecting and configuring that domain, not its registration or renewal fees. You must have the necessary DNS control and authorize the configuration. Your siteslot.page address remains available. If you leave Assisted, the custom-domain benefit ends at the applicable plan-change boundary and your site can continue on its SiteSlot address under an eligible active plan.

Domain configuration depends on registrars, DNS propagation and other providers. We do not promise a transition with no downtime or perpetual availability of third-party services. Keep your domain renewed and provide correct authorized access for setup.

11. Acceptable use and suspension

Do not use SiteSlot for unlawful activity, misuse of personal data or images, spam, impersonation, account hijacking, unauthorized security probing or attempts to bypass access controls or overload the service. Use only content and data you have the right to provide.

We may take proportionate measures, including restricting or suspending access, where misuse creates a legal or security risk or materially breaches these terms. Where reasonable and appropriate, we will notify you and give an opportunity to address the issue. Enforcement remains subject to applicable mandatory law.

12. Service changes and availability

We develop and maintain SiteSlot and may refine features as it evolves. We aim for reasonable reliability and will communicate significant changes appropriately. Maintenance, outages, external providers and other circumstances can affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, uninterrupted booking or a particular business outcome, and no fixed uptime or response SLA is included in these plans. These statements do not remove rights or remedies required by law.

13. Liability and mandatory rights

Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. To the extent permitted by that law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, or for services your business provides to its customers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or mandatory consumer protections, remedies and other non-excludable rights. No arbitrary termination charge or separate SiteSlot money-back guarantee is created by these terms.

14. Privacy and refunds

Our Privacy Policy explains the information processed by SiteSlot and the available rights and choices. Our Refund Policy explains transaction refunds under Paddle's policies. For Paddle purchases, Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy govern refund eligibility and processing, without additional SiteSlot eligibility restrictions and without limiting mandatory consumer rights. Product and account questions go to support@siteslot.app; transaction support is available at paddle.net.

15. Governing law, disputes, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, preserving mandatory protections and any right to a competent court or dispute process that applies where you live. We encourage you to contact us to try to resolve a concern. Jurisdiction is subject to mandatory law; these terms do not remove a lawful right to seek a remedy elsewhere.

We may update these terms as the service or legal obligations change. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, with any notice or acceptance required by law; the published revision will identify its date. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest applies to the extent permitted by law. Questions: support@siteslot.app. Operator: Codedrops Solutions DOO, Belgrade, Serbia; registration number 21572080, PIB 111925187. See Contact.
