1. Paddle governs transaction refunds

Paid SiteSlot purchases are sold and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Refund eligibility, applicable withdrawal rights, discretionary refunds, timing and refund processing for Paddle transactions are governed by Paddle's current Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.

SiteSlot does not impose additional refund eligibility restrictions, shorter windows, usage thresholds or other conditions on top of Paddle's terms. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
