Choose Assisted when you claim your website. It is billed monthly. After activation, your website and Owner Portal are available immediately; you can publish without waiting for assistance.
Tell us what you need
Submit an Assistance request in the Owner Portal and tell us what you need. A real person from our team follows up by email.
Keep working with us
While your plan is active, come back for reasonable ongoing help with your SiteSlot website. Assistance follows fair-use limits; it does not include unlimited design changes, complex branding projects, custom development, 24/7 coverage or guaranteed response deadlines.
